That's what Yasser Arafat had to say last week about what one would think will thus happen one month from today.
But not so fast. Yasser Arafat is the man for all seasons and the jingle of billions of dollars for playing ball with the U.S. and Israel rings in his and fellow travelers pockets.
This so-called "Palestinian State" is really being mid-wifed by the Israeli-manipulated Americans after Israeli rape. And though this time neither abortion nor stillbirth are likely (Yasser has a long long history of both) a severely deformed, possibly brain-dead "State" -- not to be really sovereign nor really independent and in less than 20% of what was Palestine and even that broken up into separated cantons -- is what is being pushed by long-time enemies to be born.
But not on September 13th.
