In recent weeks persons associated with MID-EAST REALITIES have been invited to appear on many networks including MSNBC, FOX, BBC and CBC.

Isn't it time you also called on some independent, straight-talking, no-nonsense Middle East experts who won't talk in simplistic Washington jingoisms and who will tell it clearly and succinctly like it is?

Keith Morrison of NBC News (then host of Canada AM) had the following to say about MER's Mark Bruzonsky after interviewing him a number of times on his program: "I've never heard anyone who has made this stuff as clear as you...  It was like somebody had just opened the windows and the light came pouring in.  You're really good at that!"

And about MER, Political Science Professor Glenn Perry at Indiana State University writes:  "MER is excellent. I don't know of any other publication that so consistently and fearlessly tells the truth about the oppressive order in the Middle East that has long been based on an alliance between Washington, the Israelis, and the Arab client regimes."  And Professor of International Relations Ted Keller at San Francisco State University writes: "I'm one of many U.S. academicians impressed with the oh-so-rare honesty and insightfulness of your analyses."

We realize that with matters relating to the Middle East more and more important and timely, people in the press need a fast and easy way to contact MER for expert, forthright, and hard-hitting commentary and analysis.  And so now in 1999 we have made it much easier for you to contact MER at all times, 24-hours daily.

If you are not familiar with MID-EAST REALITIES, our unique web site is where you should turn first.  Many past MER features, editorials, and articles are available here. A few video and audio clips from our Weekly Cable TV program are also available; and we hope soon to make clips from radio and TV programs also available.

As a former CNN World Report correspondent in the Middle East, now a graduate student in journalism at Columbia University, recent wrote:  MER is "an amazing and rare site. Rich in content, information, and facts that so many other organizations would prefer to hide or color for their own personal reasons.  You have taken over most of the media's responsibility in this country by becoming the providers of important information, overlooked or purposefully ignored by others, and relaying it an accurate, objective, and fair manner.  I commend you on such an effort. The work you have gathered is accurate and in depth, putting everything in clear perspective. The truth hurts, but in the end it is the truth..."
