YOUR PERSONAL MAILBOX IS THE FIRST THREE LETTERS OF YOUR LAST NAME: For instance, Mark Bruzonsky is BRU which is 278 on the phone.

YOUR PASSWORD IS THE SAME 3-LETTER CODE, UNTIL YOU CHANGE IT:

Here's all you have to do:
1) Call and when the welcome message begins touch # and then the first 3 letters of your last name.
2) You will asked for your PASSWORD which is the same three letters of your last name.
3) You will then be told how many messages you have and how to listen to them.
.
Things to remember:
1) Listen to each messages and after each touch 2 to delete, 3 to replay, 4 for time/date.
2) After listening to a message, if you want to reply touch 7 to be connected with that person's voicemail.
3) After you have listened to all your messages, if you want to do anything else choose "0" to "quit" listening to messages and then listen to your new choices.
4) If you choose "Options" you will be able to do such things as record your own voice greeting and change your password -- please do both.
5) Experiment abit and you will quickly catch on -- there is nothing you can do to harm the system so if you make a mistake just make another choice or call back. You can call at anytime day or night or weekend when the phone charges are lowest.

A   F E W   S P E C I A L   N O T E S:

* THE # KEY IS USED ONLY ONCE. The only time you ever touch the # key is at the beginning. This tells the system a "voicemail user" is calling wanting access. After that just touch whatever keys correspond to the choice you want.

* STORING & ERASING MESSAGES. When you've heard a message it will still remain in your box until you actually delete it. It's OK to keep whatever messages you need to refer to. But please delete messages you are finished with so they don't bother you next time you call and don't take up computer space.

* YOUR OWN VOICE: To change your own mailbox message to your own voice greeting choose "Options" (#3) and then follow the easy choices given. When you are recording your new greeting in your own voice touch * when you finish and wait for more choices.

* FAST MESSAGING: If you are calling just to leave a quick message for Mark Bruzonsky you can skip right to his voicemail by simply touching his code, 278, as soon as the phone answers and the first message starts playing. In this case however you cannot listen to your own messages or anything else -- you can just leave a quick message for one person.

IMPORTANT  NOTES:   VOICEMAIL IS CURRENTLY ON A SINGLE LINE.

If the voicemail line is being used, your call will then be taken by a regular backup answering machine. You will know this because you will simply hear "Voicemail is busy" and touching keys will have no effect. If this happens simply call back in a few minutes. We will try to remedy this in the future by giving our system multiple line capabilities.

FOR "Q" and "Z" use number 1 (one) on the phone. For instance the name QZOU = 116 on the phone.
