THe tyrannical and oppressive Arab Governments:sanctioned and supported by the Congress of the United States, the president and the State Department for more than fifty years- Longer than that even! How convenient for Secretary Rumsfield who can send his Al queda suspects to Egypt where they can be tortured with impunity! And, by the way, in case these repressive and tyrannical regimes are not up to snuff on all the latest and effective torture techniques, they have the vast information and experience of the C.I.A. in proping up South American dictatorships to help them. Frickin Arafat, if only he's let American intelligence services assit him in tracking down the terrorists in his ranks, Israel wouldn't have been having to make so manny sacrifices or assume the awful burden of invading the West Bank!
