Events of the past 24 hours in the Palestinian arena
Ramallah May 9th 2002 Wafa;
After beating and humiliating two Palestinian boys from Jerusalem by the Israeli occupation forces, the soldiers tied one of them to the hood of the Jeep in a spectacular barbaric human rights violation; citizens say that the soldiers used their files to severely beat the boys.
The Israeli land theft continues as the criminal Israeli occupation forces are still leveling Palestinian lands bulldozing and uprooting the trees and destroying the crops of the two Tulkarem villages of “Ras” and “Kofor Sour”, barb wiring vast areas of about 20000 acres, annexing them to the Jewish illegal settlement “Sile’et” that is built over illegally confiscated private Palestinian lands.
The criminal Israeli soldiers ordered by their superiors have confiscated the car keys of the Palestinians waiting at the “Alram-Jabaa” road forcing them to continue their journey home on foot and ordering them to receive their keys at the imposed Israeli civil administration at “Beit El”, and while they are walking back home, another Israeli group awaits them to chase them shooting towards them forcing them to return back to from where they have come.
The terrorist Israeli Government, after deporting Palestinian families from their houses in Sheikh Jarah - Jerusalem and throwing them to the streets, they placed two Jewish families in these houses forming a new Jewish settlement in the heart of the Palestinian Jerusalem, to be one of seventeen declared Jewish settlements in the same neighborhood.

“The Israeli savage crimes escalate against us imposing terrorist settlements”
Ramallah May 9th 2002 Wafa; An official Palestinian Spokesman stated:
“While all our cities, villages and refugee camps are under siege, the invading Israeli occupation forces are still occupying our populated places and withdrawing only to re-occupy again, they are shelling and destroying the remaining ruins they created from the Palestinian establishments”
Tulkarem: The terrorist Israeli occupation forces are still shelling the city especially its Refugee Camps using the USA made Apache Helicopters, tanks and artillery, targeting the civilian residential areas, destroying many buildings, then conducting thorough search arresting dozens of boys and men, imposing tight curfew and shooting every moving thing.
Jericho: The invading Nazi Israeli occupation forces are still occupying Al’oja town in Jericho searching the houses, arresting all males aged from 14 to 60, by gathering them inside the school’s yard, and invaded the security post and arrested all 14 members of the Palestinian security force.
Bethlehem: Defying all International efforts exerted to end the siege around the city of Nativity especially the Church, the Israeli occupation forces have redeployed their forces bringing more military equipments and intensifying their troops and weapons.
Hebron: the invading Israeli occupation forces entered the city using many military jeeps, personnel carriers and other military machinery and took over the “force 17” presidential guard station.
Gaza the Northern areas: After leveling agricultural lands destroying their crops, thus destroying the citizens only mean of living, the criminal Israeli occupation forces issued warnings to confiscated 1500 acres for Jewish settlements use.
This brutal Israeli aggression escalates with the approval of the super power of the USA only to impose on us their concept of terrorist settlement according to the Israeli desires, in a desperate attempt to pass on their wicked schemes thinking that the Palestinians that have survived all the past Israeli atrocities of massacres, mass deportation and crazy and vengeful destruction, will ever submit to their will, but they are mistaken because the Palestinians strength springs from its solid belief in the national goals that will be achieved sooner or later.
