Addressing a rally to mark two years since the Israeli withdrawal from south Lebanon, Nasrallah said martyrdom-seeking operations were a locally-made weapon that Israel could not contain.

'The culture of martyrdom is the strongest weapon.

It does not carry a 'Made in U.S.' or 'Made in Soviet Union' stamp,' Nasrallah told 20,000 supporters.

Hizbollah's war of attrition forced Israel to end its 22-year occupation of south Lebanon. It has since kept up a low intensity war against Israeli troops occupying the foothills of the Golan Heights.

Meanwhile, the pro-Iranian guerrilla group Hizbollah on Thursday denied a U.S. media report that said it had met members of Osama bin Laden's Al-Qaeda group to plan new attacks.

'Such allegations are silly. No such meeting took place,' Hizbollah leader Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah told a rally marking the second anniversary of Israel's withdrawal from south Lebanon.

'There is one thing that they (the United States) have not accused us of yet -- working to obtain weapons of mass destruction,' Nasrallah said.
