ISRAEL CAN'T & WILL NOT GO BACK FULLY TO IT'S PRE 1967 BORDERS! AND WHAT ABOUT GAZA? HOW CAN THERE BE TWO SEPARATE LANDS MAKING A STATE ON BOTH SIDES OF ISRAEL?! JORDAN SHOULD MATCH A LAND THE SIZE OF THE GAZA STRIP & GIVE IT TO THE PAL'S.
GAZA, THEN, SHOULD BECOME A PART OF ISRAEL.
PAL'S CAN NOT SURVIVE IN THAT 145 SQ. MILES OF LAND! AS A MATTER OF FACT JORDAN SHOULD CARVE A LAND FOUR TIMES THE SIZE OF THE GAZA STRIP FOR THE PALS, SO THAT ISRAEL WOULD KEEP PORTIONS OF THE W. BANK FOR HER SECURITY REASONS.

Adam- I am fed up with Israel and her 'security reasons'.........nobody can guarantee the security of OZ or any other country. Israel would be better off fostering better political ties with her Islamic neighbours.

Israel Proper was set up in 1948 for post war Jews to be given a haven.

The West Bank and Gaza may have been part of the Jewish homeland some 3,000 years ago....

nothing the israelis have offered so far has come close of equitable.

the problem with the settlers is not that they LIVE in the occupied territories.

the problem is:

A-the land is not theirs.installing a caravan on a hill after midnight barely qualify u to a right of ownership.

B-they use and abuse all water and farming ressources.

c-they require an occupation army to protect them as they have antagonized every human being in a 10 miles range from their settlement.

d-they are notorious for being racist/arrogant/violent and hate anything arab.

e-They have an expansionist mentality fueled by dangerous fundamentalist ideas. They are not satisfied with the current settlments and would like the whole of the west bank and gaza under their control.

So we're not exactly debating the legal presence of harmless jewish families in a peaceful arab environment.
Those settlers are there to kick ass.

Israel has started working on its protective wall shielding the israeli cities from infiltration. This will only isolate the settlers more. They will be left to face a growing and more efficent palestinian militancy.

They will have to pack and get out sooner or later.Anyone who supports ther continuing presence is not for peace.

Jews in DENIAL. That is what they currently are. It sadens me that Israel won't even listen to her closest friends on the issue of her ever expanding settlements filled with racist thugs. I was listening to an interview with an overweight Jewish settler kid the other day....his views on the local arabs would make meanest Rottweiller cringe in fear....and he was only 10 years old. To say that his views were vile and racist would be an understatement! He would have made a great recruit for the Hitler Youth Movement. It makes me laugh when the Jews in this site parrot on about Palestinian racism....I bet the Palestinians could have learned a thing or two from this settler Kid.....10 YEARS OLD!!!!!

Arab is correct on the issue of Islamic anti-semitism. I have discussed this with my Islamic Sunni son-in-law and he confirms 'Arabs' statement.

Islamic anti-semitism is a relatively phenomena, much of it is fueled by the Palestinian/Israeli conflict ,which now is set to intensify even further because of Israel's close working relationship with India. At this point, Pakistani's don't know who to hate more....America or Israel.......much like the Palestinians Pakistani's believe that BOTH governments don't have their best interests at heart. The feeling at all levels of Pakistani society is that the US and Israel are actively undermining Pakistan and working with India to 'contain' Pakistans fledgling Nuclear capability and stiffle her calls for UN Intervention on the issue of Kashmir.

As I see it the USA has a real deleima on it's hands. Their is a LOT of anger and frustration in the Islamic world ,citing America's inability OR unwillingness to be an UNBIASED MEDIATOR in disputes that involve her 'strategic friends and allies'. What the politicans in Washington should be asking themselves is: What do you do when one or some of your 'friends' are behaving like complete arseholes! As far as I am concerned the Palestinians and the Kashmiri's are the victims of forces beyond their control. BOTH need political outcomes based on SOCIAL JUSTICE........not religious justice as Adam would like to see. No matter what religion you are, the true calibre of a human being is his sense of fair play and human compassion for souls less fortunate than himself. To date Israel and the USA are not performing very well in either department.....that is why you have millions of Muslims all over the world hostile to America and Israel.
