U cant win that war.Ariel Sharon has lied to u. Israeli children will keep dying as long as palestinian children are dying. The palestinians do not care about how u in the west view them. But it happens that our kids are dying too and no one is found to shed a tear for them. What happened today exemplifies what we have been trying to say for years. Your people will not win this war. reply top ARAB - If you spoke to most Jews and didn't base your characterization of Jews solely on those in living in the West Bank you'd find that most Jews are sad about the deaths of innocent Palestinian children, and most would like to see a peaceful Palestinian state living in peace side by side Israel. The truth is that the Palestinians, by their own omission, have not given up their desire to destroy Israel. How do you make peace with someone who wants to kill you? A by product of the murderous intentions of some Palestinians towards Israelis and Muslims towards Jews is that Jews with right wing agendas are empowered and can have their way. The Palestinians prove them right again and again. If you are serious about peace, and I believe that you are, more so than the others in this forum, than I would lobby hard to make the Palestinian powers that be abandon this awful terrorism. If not the Israelis will be fully justified in expelling the Palestinians and building a fence that none of them can get over. I'm sure you would want to protect your children just the same. When I saw that girl blow herself up I thought that she was pushed to her death by her broken culture. But now you've given me, well no evidence, but an unsubstantiated statement to the contrary. How could we have been so blind? Only thing is, now I can't figure out what she was doing if not being sent to her death in lieu of: 1) honorably keeping to the Oslo agreements, which was not done. 2) amassing a real militia that fights military targets with foreign support (how much do other Arab countries *really* support you if you can't get this?) 3) pulling a Gandhi and making Sharon look unequivocably bad instead of like a defender of his people. BTW, perhaps Israel cannot 'win that war'. Do you think a bunch of random murder bombers that target civilians can? Oops, here come the tanks, courtesy of the brilliant move of attacking civilians in Israel proper. Excellent tactical strategists there in Hamas. One wonders - who in Hamas is as willing to actually run a government as they are to send kids off to be killed?
