Naturally then, one wonders what all the fuss was i.e.'Arafat is a no good, pig screwing, lying ass, woman hating neanderthal. So says his former chief of security.' along with the follow-ups by AZ and Arab. Just a bunch of cock n bullshit from nutcases who continue to prove that even the government of Israel is a more reliable source of information and analysis then the retards to take up so much space and time on this site for their own personal enjoyment and ego-message only.

Arafat appoints sacked chief as advisor

AFP [ FRIDAY, JULY 05, 2002 1:58:08 AM ]

GAZA CITY: Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat announced the appointment of his newly-dismissed police chief General Ghazi Jabali to the post of police adviser, a senior Palestinian official said on Thursday.

The appointment comes two days after Arafat sacked Jabali from his long-standing position, while Jabali officially submitted his resignation to the Palestinian leader Thursday. It was not clear what his new job entailed, the official said.

In a second order issued by Arafat, Jabali's assistant Salim al-Burdanyi was appointed to run the Palestinian police force in the interim, he added.
