reply top I've heard it said that Mossad planted a transmitter in Tripoli to give false messages indicating false(?) ibyan responsibility for this 1986 attack. Apparently this is from a source, Victor Ostrovsky, The Other Side of Deception (1995), Harper. Has anyone read it? Or is there other evidence saying Mossad, or anyone else, had a role?
