Declarations by others over PRIVATE PROPERTIES of the Royal families, disregarding the fact that descendants, owners of the lands exist is serious...present day piracies promoted through claims of being lawful makes claims true?...... Wanna be's such as the Ellerbrock/Kawanana koa's, Rubellite Johnson (related to A KAKA), and E. McKenzie shows the ongoing moves by those whose ancestor's were problematic over time and perpetuate the frauds even today. Read the book(s) by Mezze Tate and recognize that there are no laws that can overrule the Royals...... ...look up Royal persons, etc. Does everyone in Hawaii or can everyone in Hawaii lay claim to PRIVATE PROPERTIES of the Royal families?... ......... ....example: .the lands that the entity State of Hawaii capitol sits on belongs to the families of KEONI ANA, etals....... .... WE EXIST....and in contact with many of the descendants of JOHN YOUNG, ISAAC DAVIS, etals....... . Does everyone in Hawaii own lands the same as the direct descendants of the four (4) brothers: Kalaniopuu - head at the time of Capt. Cook Kaleiwohi - brother Keoukupuapaikalani - Kamehameha's father Keawemauhili - brother Look up who/which persons were granted the lands that the PALACE/IOLANI PALACE is built on.....who made PRIVATE LANDS, public lands, etc.? Our families descend from ALL four (4) brothers, those who ruled Hawaii, etc. and are descendants of Princess Poomaikelani who LIVED in the Iolani Palace, etc. and we are the part of the owners of the specific lands....IOLANI PALACE grounds, etc. along with the CHARLES KANAINA heirs, etc. The fact of the matter is that the genealogies are the basis of all claims in Hawaii, even the genealogies exposing those who have done wrong and supported the U.S. criminal acts, piracies in Hawaii and whose descendants move to claim the identities of others, etc. When 'national lands' were used in your comments, the words took you over to the American side of the picture..... ... Do your homework - your genealogies - because the truth of the matter is that the OWNERS are here and maintain the claims over our lands, and support the claims of all kanaka maoli in their lands as well-----which is not under the label 'national lands'...... . Queen Liliuokalani did not grant them jurisdiction. The rulings of the Supreme Court of a belligerent nation is legally unlawful, illegal, and their occupation issues will haunt them now/hereafter because of the criminal use of a neutral nation monies promoting WARS, perpetual WARS against all.....such criminal activity over time will lead to the demise/ their eventual downfall in the eyes of the world. Why do you think that the kanaka maoli need to document the State of Hawaii entity, OHA/ Office of Hawaiian Affairs, the U.S., and others as Terrorists over our archipelago/ Hawaii/ Kingdom of Hawaii/Hawaiian Kingdom/He Mokupuni Pae Aina of Hawaii aka's...... On January 31, 2008 the Hawaii Supreme Court ruled that Native Hawaiians have a claim to the Public Trust Lands of Hawaii. The Hawaii Supreme Court ruling was based on the findings of Public Law 103-150. Signed into law by President William Clinton on November 23, 1993.. In part Public Law 103-150 recognized that 'the indigenous Hawaiian people never directly relinquished their claims to their inherent sovereignty as a people or over their national lands to the united States, either through their monarchy or through a plebiscite or referendum.' The entire grounds of Iolani Palace are one of the two most sacred national lands of the indigenous Hawaiian people. The other being the lands of the Royal Mausoleum in Nuuanu. The State of Hawaii and its governmental entities including the DLNR has no lawful jurisdiction to control, enforce or deny the indigenous Hawaiian people of their inherent sovereign right to freely access the grounds of Iolani Palace. As holders of the Sovereignty that is cited in Ua Mau Ke Ea O Ka Aina I Ka Pono, it is the indigenous Hawaiian people who are the Sovereigns of Hawaii. It is the indigenous Hawaiian people who lawfully hold the Sovereignty over Hawaii. Not the State of Hawaii or DLNR. They may hold the Weapons of Massive Destruction, but not the Sovereignty. It is said that some times wrongful laws needs to be tested with civil disobedience. The inherent sovereignty of the indigenous Hawaiian people is Pono. ALOHA KUU AINA HAWAII, o Pomaikaiokalani
