Iraq's new crude grade frustrates oil companies in region

Opec's second-largest producer has raised output to 3.8m barrels a day with heavier and more sulphurous oil making up a large chunk of the new flows. This prompted Iraq to create two grades — the new Basrah Heavy alongside the traditional Basrah Light.
