Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos ended his two-day visit to Lebanon and traveled to Damascus on Monday, as Spain added its efforts to those of the French in trying to resolve Lebanon's nine-month-old political deadlock. "There is a Lebanese will to end the crisis," Moratinos told reporters on Monday after his meeting with Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri.
