Palestine Council questions city's bills (Forrest City Times-Herald)

The Palestine City Council spent a good portion of its meeting this week questioning Mayor Becky Dunn about the city’s bills. Last month, the council agreed to review the bills on the second Monday of each month. This was the first month for the council to reviewed the bills that way.
