Flooding killed 10 more people in southeastern Turkey, bringing the death toll over the past two days to at least 32, the authorities said. The 10, 7 of them children under 5, were all reported to be in the town of Batman. Soldiers were trying to rescue the stranded, and dozens were reported missing. On Wednesday, at least 22 people were confirmed dead in the flooding, including 14 killed when a EU is forced to cancel Turkey-Cyprus meeting
