    THE former owner of Tylers Green Stores, North Weald, has died aged 78. John Frederick Clarke (pictured left) ran the shop for 36 years. After leaving school Mr Clarke undertook a variety of office jobs before being conscripted in 1945, when he was posted to Egypt as a wages clerk.
