As you know in the past few months we have begun using this program, in a sense experimenting with
this program, to see how well it worked and to determine how we can use it to have a much greater following and a much greater impact.

The program itself has worked far better than we expected, even with just the basic features in use so far and other advanced capabilities still under development -- such as online chat room, professional Classroom, and video window. And using both MiddleEast.org and MEReport.com in the ways we have envisioned doing so we would definitely be able to reach a far wider worldwide audience, much more quickly, and in a far more credible way, than ever before.

For example the following was received just today, in response to the article I published this morning titled "America, Arafat, and the 'New World Order' ", from a person connected with one of the major TV networks in the U.S.:

<>I just recently started reading your website, MER, and I must say I learn more from you than anyone
else...ironically I was about to send this email, when I pulled up your biographical information...and
the statement at the top of the page was identical to what I wanted to say about the clarity with which
you write on this issue.
Your writing is needed now, more than ever.
<> Thank you,

Our major problem now is that especially with the additional expenditures we have had we lack the funding to continue with MiddleEast.Org and will soon have to suspend or end what we have been doing.

We want very much to continue. We agree that MER is needed more than ever now. And in fact we would very much also like to resume and internet broadcast past MERTV programs here as well -- though we had to stop making new programs earlier this year because we didn't have the funds to continue to do so.

So we have to appeal to you who know about MER, who have been using this special MiddleEast.org program, and who realize not just the uniqueness and special value of MER but the potential that we have for a far greater worldwide audience and also to have impact in the United States and in the crucial capital of Washington, DC.

The difference between going forward and having to stop MER is just a few thousand dollars a month. But that amount is now critically important for us or we cannot continue. We need your financial support now. And very frankly we think we very much deserve your financial support now.

If you are willing and able to help please contact me personally right away by email or phone.
