When you presubscribe to any plan on line you can choose this option.
You save an additional 5% billed to your credit card and you can view your bill online anytime.

These are Options If You Decide to Change Your Long Distance Service
You can use the On-Line Sign-Up to change your long-distance service, to choose any
of these options, and not have to dial the 7-digit "dial around" code.
This takes about 10-days to take effect.
